NY Judge Kaplan, and a bench of juries, yesterday slammed an “utterly ridiculous” $83.3 million defamation fine on Trump, in a bewildering trial against alleged rape accuser, E. Jean Carroll, in what many describe as the latest Democrat ploy to drain Trump ahead of election season.
The staggering figure, which shocked courtroom reporters and millions of American citizens, will have Trump pay $ 65 million in “punitive damages”, $11 million in “reputation repair programs”, and $7.3 million in “other payments.” Jean Carroll had only asked for $12 million.
“The jury had refused Trump’s defense in court, ordered editing of cross-examination questions before the trial began, locked out all expert witnesses, and failed to admit concrete evidence to prove, 80-year-old, Jean Carroll’s psycho-maniac drug addiction”, an upset Trump Lawyer admitted.
Two top democrats and anti-Trump haters, Mrs. Kaplan the wife of the judge, and LinkedIn co-founder, Reid Hoffman — who currently funds Trump’s Republican opponent, Nikki Haley —, had bankrolled fabricated expert witnesses and covered Jean Carroll’s legal expenses respectively, thus confirming the sham trial as another Democrat ploy to weaken Trump financially.
For clarity on the case, Jean Carroll’s claims of an alleged 29-year-old rape incident involving Trump were presented with absolutely zero evidence. Trump had never met her, and the New York 20-year statute of limitation which voids allegations of rape unreported for two decades was recently extended by Democrat lawmakers specifically to allow Jean Carroll to file a sham charge against Trump.
Having found zero corruption, collusion, or espionage charges against Trump, Democrats are frantically going after his pockets to weaken him financially and destroy the growing chances of reelection in the light of Biden’s woeful presidential performance. Republicans must rally around Trump to uncover and punish all Democrat agents engaged in a grand perversion of justice and weaponization of the justice system for political vendetta.
Trump will now proceed to appeal the distasteful ruling making concerning mockery of real and legitimate rape cases like the Epstein client list.
