TWO TIERED JUSTICE SYSTEM IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
In the build up of 2016 Presidential election in the United States, series of classified documents were found with the then Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DoJ) turned blind eye to several evidence of mishandling of such classified documents including the deletion of over 30,000 emails and smashing of six blackberry phones and tablets by Hillary. Till date, no single prosecution has been brought on her or her close aids/associates.
President Donald Trump was impeached by the Pelosi-led U.S. House of Representatives over a simple phone call with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine accusing him of quid pro quo while Joe Biden as Vice President on National TV committed one of the greatest quid pro quo in history by demanding Ukrainian Government to sack the prosecutor investigating his son Hunter otherwise they would not get $1billion dollar aid from the United States, and the prosecutor was sacked.
It is absolutely unfortunate that Joe Biden has not been called to account over his financial atrocities and mishandling of classified documents while serving as Vice President despite not having the right to such documents under Presidential Records Act.
Evidence revealed through Hunter Biden’s laptop showed that from 2013 to 2018, he (Hunter) and his company received over $11million through his roles as an attorney and a board member with Burisma, a Ukrainian firm accused of bribery and a Chinese businessman now accused of fraud with zero experience in such disciplines yet no prosecution.
The recently published report by special counsel Robert Hur, presented damning evidence on Biden over his improper handling of classified documents but stated that no charges will be pressed on him due to his poor memory but former President Donald Trump who has been cooperating with FBI over handling of classified documents had his home raided at Mar-a-lago and has been unfairly dragged to court by Biden’s DoJ.
This is a glaring evidence of two tiered justice system in the United States. The political witch-hunt and election interference being perpetrated by Biden has made the U.S. seem a third world democracy to the international community. President Trump has not been convicted of any crime yet democrat-led state attorney generals like Colorado wants to keep him out of the ballot, absolutely disgraceful.
It is time for true justice and democracy to be allowed to prevail in the United States as power belongs to the people and not to the so called Washington bureaucrats as America is looked upon by many countries as the beacon of hope and justice.
