In a powerful move yesterday, the Supreme Court of the United States of America (SCOTUS) issued a landmark ruling declaring Trump fit to remain on the ballot across all 50 states in the US.
All nine judges including popular left-leaning judge Ketanji Brown had voted in favour of keeping Trump on the ballot, thereby squashing the ill-spun 14th Amendment “insurrection” decision by the Colorado Supreme Court against Trump.
On a careful examination of article 3 of the 14th Amendment, the Supreme Court concluded that “states may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal officers.”
The ruling, which comes as a massive rebuke to Democrat tyranny, will see all cases against Trump appearing on the ballot or the suppression of Trump’s votes in over 30 states now ultimately dismissed. Trump described the victory as “a big win for America” even as Democrats continue to express livid meltdown following the ruling.
The ballot exemption case is one in many different ways the Democrats have continued to weaponise the justice system against Trump. Biden has repeatedly called for SCOTUS expansion, first during its landmark ruling against abortion and more recently in its verdict against the invasion of illegal migrants at the Texas border. The nine- man bench remains one of the last standing incorruptible institutions in the US, following the successful Democrat weaponization of the CIA, FBI, left-leaning New York judges and a large swathe of congress lawmakers funded and controlled by left-leaning American elites.
With Trump already at victory in Iowa, Missouri, Michigan, Idaho, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, and South Carolina, the 45th president is set to return as Republican leading nominee even as exit polls tout him the most likely of all candidates to win in the 2024 election.
Hopefully another victory for America is on the way.
