It’s not entirely clear how the UK government arrived at its decision to evacuate people in Gaza. Starmer and his government should have asked why Islamic countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE and others, as concerned as they claim to be about events in Gaza, are not offering to evacuate or take in people from the region.
Recently, a study on newborns in England and Wales revealed that Muhammad topped the list of boys’ names for the second year running.
With the trajectory of UK and most European countries’ immigration policies, it’s only a matter of time before countries like the UK, France, and Germany officially become Islamic Republics.
While we preach compassion, we must not fall for the propaganda by Hamas terrorists whose primary objective is to frustrate, exacerbate, and weaponise humanitarian situations in Gaza as a means to statehood/recognition.
Hamas is playing out a script for the G7 and media, so much so that no one even talks about the starvation and inhuman treatment meted out to the Israeli prisoners abducted by Hamas, the root cause of the crisis #Oct7.
With the exception of the United States under Trump, the EU, UK and other G7 countries embolden Hamas terrorists with the reward of recognition rather than insist that they must surrender and release the prisoners immediately to end the conflict.
Israel, within the circumstances of the existential threat they face from their very hostile neighbours, reserves the right to insist on a peace that would not compromise their existence. No nation would want such peace where your next-door neighbours possess the capabilities to sneak in at night and abduct your citizens. For lasting peace in the Middle East, the UK and G7 must take these into consideration.
