Israel celebrated her 66th year of Independence on 5th of May, 2014 barely few days ago.
The country has been in a bitter struggle of survival from time memorial. From the days of the Roman conquest and eviction, to the holocaust, down to present times, the country has never known peace.
What will it take to bring peace to Jerusalem? As we celebrate with this historic country, we revisit the empirical fact unravelled by CNN news correspondent Christiane Amanpour most recently.
Amanpour had in a visit to Iraqi discovered the ancient Cyrus cylinder in which the then Iranian leader (Iran at that time was called Persia) declared boldly that Jerusalem belongs to the Jews http://cyruscylinder2013.com/media/cnn-segment-cyrus-cylinder-christiane-amanpour-neil-macgregor/.
It is also evident that while Israel might have celebrated their independence day on 5th of May, however, the real independence day seems to be (according to the Jews calender) 15th of April the Passover day and day God delivered them from the hand of Pharaoh of Egypt leading them safely to their present place of aboard (Israel).
It also begs the question that assuming we were to go back to the pre 1967 border maps as proposed by some, this will however leave us with the dilemma of having to restore to Israel the territories which previous Kings of Israel conquered.
The Muslim Arabs today control 22 States which represents 99½ percent of the entire Middle East land mass while Israel occupies only the leftover portion of 0.5 percent. Then we ask, why the greed by the Muslims?
Today, Mecca in Saudi Arabia is home and pilgrimage to Muslims all over the world while Jerusalem serves the same purpose to both Jews and Christians, so again, why the greed by the Muslims? Why do they want to keep everything to themseleves nevertheless the overwhelming evidence which shows that the real owners of the land in question is Israel?
Israel for one have relinquished a sizable amount of land from this little piece of land which they own, but yet the Muslim Arabs remain persistent that Allah bids them to destroy the Jews. What kind of God is that? Is it really God?
Quran 9:30 “And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!”
See also Quran 9: 29 which bids Muslims to kill anyone who is not a Muslim:
“Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”
It is also expedient to mention in this discourse that the most disturbing aspect of the Muslim faith which raises concern is the charge by the Quran to lie to unbelievers if doing so will protect their faith http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/quran/011-taqiyya.htm. This trend is what perhaps explains why for instance, the Boko Haram terrorist sect unleashes violence and genocide on Christians in West Africa, and yet Muslims claim this has nothing to do with their religion (despite the aforementioned verses in the Quran). They say with impunity “Islam is a religion of peace”.
Anyway, here is one Muslim who for one reason or the other chose to tell the truth as it is. His name is Shaykh Prof. Abdul Hadi Palazzi and this is what he had to say:
“MUSLIMS MUST RECOGNIZE THE STATE OF ISRAEL AS A JEWISH STATE
Is there any fundamental reason which prohibits Muslims from recognizing Israel as a friendly State?
